Single Applicant – £85-00 inclusive of VAT
This is for a credit check and covers all administration costs.

Couple or Sharers – £150-00 inclusive of VAT
This is for a credit check and all administration costs.

Guarantor – £50-00 inclusive of VAT
This is for a credit check and all administration costs.

Landlord fees for Full Management service is 12% inclusive of VAT

We will advertise your property in our window, on our website and on Zoopla, We will fully reference any prospective tenant and complete all relevant paperwork. We will protect the Deposit in the DPS in line with regulations. We will undertake 3 monthly property inspections, instruct any contractor that may be needed for essential works. Produce monthly rental statements and send directly to yourself.

Landlord fees for Tenant Find Service is 100% inclusive of VAT

We will advertise your property in our window, on our website and on Zoopla, We will fully reference any prospective tenant and complete all relevant paperwork. We will protect the Deposit in the DPS in line with regulations. We will then hand over the property for yourself to manage.

Landlord fees for Rent Collection service is 6% inclusive of VAT

We will advertise your property in our window, on our website and on Zoopla, We will fully reference any prospective tenant and complete all relevant paperwork. We will protect the Deposit in the DPS in line with regulations. We will collect the rent and send you monthly statements. Any maintenance issues will be dealt with by yourself.
